Yoga Courses 6 Week Trinity Sport

Choose from the two 6-week course options below:

  • Yoga with Fernanda: Monday, 19th October, 12 PM - 1 PM 🧘

Fernanda's class will help balance major chakra centres of energy in your body.

Each week you will learn new sequences where you are going to integrate different postures and strengthen specific parts of the body: core, shoulders, spine, legs etc. You will practice specific yoga postures that will work on each of these energy centres, so they can work at their full potential.

  • Yoga with Clara: Saturday, 17th October 11 AM - 12 PM 🧘

Clara's class will focus on building your core strength and lower back mobility. She will be targeting the hips (sciatic muscle) especially due to long sitting hours owing to working from home.

Her classes will have a focus on the quad and hamstring flexibility and strength to make sure participants get the blood flowing in those areas to ensure a full-body workout!

  • You will be granted access before course starting upon payment. βœ…

  • Yoga courses will be held virtually on Zoom every week at the same date and time for 6 weeks.
